Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Jewelry must not show signs of wear or damage
• Items must be returned in their original PixiPose packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards and digital products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.
