Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Jewelry must not show signs of wear or damage
  • Items must be returned in their original PixiPose packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged item to help us resolve the issue quickly.
